Tips for Healing with the Wind
- When life feels too difficult to continue on, too much and too unpredictable, embodying the vastness and ever-moving nature of the wind can help.
- When you feel stuck, almost like no matter what you do, there is no way out, you can take a walk along somewhere spacious, airy and preferably windy.
- Stand in the open air. Get connected to the air and sky. Breathe in and out deeply. Imagine the open, spacious and limitless essence of air and wind filling you up and moving through you.
- Imagine clear air and wind flowing through all the obstacles and moving them, clearing space.
At some point of this exercise, the trapped, stuck or heavy feeling clears, and you feel once again lighter and in flow with the dance and flow of life.
